On-Site Support
Includes: System maintenance and troubleshooting of workstations and/or of attached peripherals (including network-attached peripherals), wired and/or wireless network support and Mac OS system and 3rd-party application upgrades and installations. (Please Note: L.A. MACTECH will only install commercial software or shareware that you provide. Freeware is excluded.)

On-Site Emergency Support
On-site visit to client's location with less than 24 hours advance notice. Includes same services as above.

Remote/VPN Connection Support
Includes: System maintenance and troubleshooting of workstations, wired and/or wireless network support and Mac OS system and 3rd-party application upgrades and installations. (Please Note: L.A. MACTECH will only install commercial software or shareware that you provide. Freeware is excluded.)

Telephone, Instant Messenger and Email Support
Includes: Troubleshooting and technical support performed by telephone or instant messenger applications. Email support is also available and will be billed at the same rate.
